What Businesses Want to Create Jobs -
Introduction
There are multiple levels of jobs that should be considered in today’s society to form a well rounded jobs creation policy. The various job categories that must be considered are:
- Corporate infrastructure positions for large international corporations.
- Corporate infrastructure positions for large firms that are USA based with no international affiliates.
- Corporate style infrastructure positions for small corporations, partnerships and other business structures that are strictly USA based.
- Very small business of 1 – 10 individuals working strictly in the USA.
There seems to be little difference between each category of business. Yet to the particular job creation entity the distinction in the individual required is large. What makes businesses successful and there requirements to operate in a given country are distinctly unique dependent upon the size of the business and international nature of the business.
Some of the requirements will be discussed in the blog on Global Economy. Please, read discussions in that blog to fully understand what is required. The discussion here will be focused strictly on jobs and the requirements of the individual business models for the employee required to make the business operate.
The discussion on jobs is not a complete model. Not all aspects of job creation, the requirements for businesses to create jobs, or the businesses themselves will be covered. Just the most important points to illustrate
the problems will be discussed.
There is an article “The Missing Concept to Staying In Business”
that shows the interrelated requirements between employees, owners,
financier and others for any business model. Be sure to pick up a copy.
There is a cost for the ebook.
